Description
The ultimate FPV Quad Racer combo on one board! The Afro Race Spec 4 x 20A ESC is the all in one solution for your racing quad project.
Incorporating 4 x 20A ESC's into a single compact unit and then adding a CC3D flight controller allows for a clean and neat central mount of the unit to the frame, reducing weight and cost.
Building on the success of the Afro 4-in-one 20A ESC unit, where the multirotor community assisted in that design, the decision to incorporate a CC3D FC and redesign the board was again the result of consultation with the quad racing community. The result is a fantastic board that will set the standard everywhere.
With a high efficiency, all N-channel MOSFET design, hardware PWM input and crisp throttle response, the Afro ESC series are rock solid and reliable.
The CC3D is an all-in-one stabilization hardware flight controller that uses the powerful STM32 32-bit micro-controller and runs the OpenPilot firmware. It can fly any airframe but in this configuration obviously it is intended for a quad and it can be monitored and adjusted using the powerful and user friendly OpenPilot Ground Control Station (GCS) software.
This version has been developed for the 250 FPV racing class where the demands for a reliable and robust FC and ESC's are greatest but would be equally at home in any quad.
